The following calendar shows the dates when the holiday accommodation is already booked. Availability and reservations can be consulted under the contact coordinates at the end of this page. Any questions or doubts will be addressed.
Rental conditions
We want to share the enjoyment of our country house with considerate and responsible people. In this sense, the term "guest" on these pages refers, depending on the context, to the contractual party, the persons with legal responsibility and all members of the group of people included in the reservation.

The applicable rental fee is determined based on the initial date of the reserved week. This fee DOES NOT INCLUDE the mandatory general cleaning on departure and any extraordinary cleaning or repair services.
A MANDATORY regular cleaning supplement of €200 will be additionally applied to the rental fee.
Advance Payment Policy
When making the reservation, payment of 100% of the rental fee according to the reserved period must be made by bank transfer to the beneficiary's account, which will be communicated to the guest. The reservation will be confirmed upon the effective receipt of the payment.
Refundable Deposit
A rental deposit of €750 along with the regular cleaning supplement must be paid no later than two weeks before the guest's arrival by bank transfer to the previously communicated account. The guest undertakes to take care of the furnished accommodation, facilities and gardens of the estate and agrees to report damages without delay. The deposit will serve to cover damages, deterioration, stains or losses that occur under its responsibility. The return of the deposit will be made by bank transfer within a maximum period of two weeks after taking the inventory.
We recommend taking out the corresponding insurance coverage, such as for accidents and civil liability.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation and changes to the entry or exit date will be notified between the parties without delay. In the event of partial or total cancellation by the guest, the following surcharges will be applied to be determined by the period before the scheduled arrival:
* 61 or more days before: no cancellation charge applies,
* between 31 and 60 days before: 30% of the total rental fee amount,
* between 11 and 30 days before: 70% of the total rental fee amount,
* 10 or fewer days before (including no-show): 100% of the total rental fee amount.In the event of cancellation or no-show, and as applicable, the rental fee less the cancellation surcharge plus the deposit and the cleaning supplement will be refunded to the guest. In the event of cancellation by the owner, a full refund will be issued. These payments will be made within a maximum period of two weeks.
Reservation Conditions
Reservations cover standard periods of one week, from Saturday to Saturday. The guest will notify the expected arrival and departure times, including major last-minute changes.
Entry to the property is possible from 5:00 pm on the initial day of the reservation. The guest's departure will be before 10:00 am on the final day of the reservation.
Access codes to the property and the box with the house keys will be notified in advance so that the guest can enter the holiday accommodation autonomously and quickly.
The guest will make available the documentation and information usually required and, in particular, will assist in making the mandatory tourist declaration.
The owner occasionally resides on the ground floor of the residential building. The guest will be notified if the owner's stay coincides with the reserved dates.
The maintenance staff requires discreet access to the property, especially to attend to the pool and garden.
Pets are not allowed.

Food service
The ground floor of the residential building includes an apartment with a porch, a garage and service rooms. This space is exclusively occupied by the owners.
Access to technical facilities, including electricity, irrigation, pool and septic tank
The use of the pool is limited to people capable of swimming and only if they do so in company or supervision, especially in the case of minors
The use of the breadoven in the pool porch
The access road to the property is winding and steep but not difficult for passenger cars. In contrast, access by larger vehicles (e.g., caravan) could be problematic.
Guest obligations, including members of their group
The holiday accommodation will be used exclusively for recreational and rest purposes. The guest will adhere to the communicated usage authorizations.
Consideration of general safety and hygiene rules, including especially the supervision of minors and care with sources of danger such as doors, stairs, and electrical installations.
Fire cannot be lit except in the barbecue or fireplace.
Follow manuals or other instructions displayed on the property.In the gardens, do not alter or damage crops, irrigation systems and terracing structures.
Respect the rest of our neighbors. Hosting events or celebrations with more guests than the maximum capacity of the holiday accommodation are not allowed.
The guest's obligations extend to all their guests.
Sustainability
We are very aware of our responsibility to preserve the wonderful natural environment of Cortijo El Olivo for future generations. We seek to continuously optimize resource consumption and respect and promote measures for the protection of flora, fauna, and the environment outside the property. In this regard, we ask our guests to support us in these efforts by reducing energy and water consumption and respecting the environment.
